Delicious. Used chicken breast strips instead of thighs. Used frozen stir fry veggies and the sauce reduction ran a bit long due to extra moisture so veggies got softer than I like. Next time I'll thaw the veggies first and maybe do the sauce reduction with just the chicken at first until almost finished. After sauce reduction, I added a little extra soy sauce, some sesame oil, and some Sriracha sauce to the final stir fry.
