I made it a little differently and on the stove top and I liked it. I marinated the chicken in some chicken marinade I got from an asian store, sprinkled on a pinch of black pepper and all putpose seasoning and then sautéed the chicken with some chopped ginger garlic and onions, added some carrots, bell peppers and broccoli and used 2/4 baby rays to 2/4 marmalade. It was quite sweet so that might be the only thing I mess with in my next try
