I adjusted the recipe serving to 6 instead of 10. This is a good base but I feel it needs a bit more flavor. I added a roasted Poblano and about 4 tbsp of pickled jalapeno to the meat mixture. I could have added maybe double to get more flavor and a touch of heat. If I make this again I think I'll add a little taco seasoning to the mayo sour cream mixture to give that a touch of flavor. I also pre-baked the Bisquick crust at 350 for about 8 minutes before putting any toppings on. This allowed the crust to partially rise and semi set. Options to possibly add next time: Roasted corn, black olives, red pepper flakes, black beans
