It's relatively healthy. Dates and bananas are high in the glycemic index, meaning they contain a lot of natural sugar, so don't be too happy about it. It still freaks dopaminergic system out. Not to mention that the only true nature friendly milk is oat milk. Almond Milk is as bad for the environment as cow's.

oats are routinely doused in glyphosates so better be sure you're getting the organic oat milk unless you want to eat weed killer for breakfast!
