I used hominy instead of chickpeas and used my own spice blend but ultimately the structure of the soup is excellent and the finished product is delicious

Thank you Melissa, so glad you enjoyed this recipe. I use chickpeas for added protein & fiber because I'm getting older and still trying to stay skinny 🤣
