You for sure have to tweak the sauce ingredients after initially following the recipe for the sauce depending on what brand or kind of peanut butter you use, but that’s with any dish. I used creamy natural no stir Skippy so I needed more maple syrup and soy sauce, and added sea salt and fresh lime juice to taste. I also fried up tofu, red bell peppers, and green onions to add to it, and so reduced the noodles by half. Served with chopped peanuts, cilantro, and lime wedge. It was delicious and I’ll make this again for sure! 🙌🤤
