I just found this recipe after using it to make pancakes for 10 years. To reduce the flour bubbles, first put the eggs in, then the flour and mix. Lastly put the milk in slowly, bits at a time whilst stirring and you will get a perfect mixture

Or put it in your blender. I only use my blender for making crepe dough.
