Very tasty, especially with a squeeze of lemon at the end. I'd like to make this again when the household isn't fighting colds, so our taste buds are in tiptop shape. Other than that, this dish comes together very quickly. Personally I'd add the cayenne and spices during the sautée stage of the onions and garlic, otherwise I found you taste the raw spice and can overcook in an attempt to properly get the spices to blend in.
