I followed the recipe almost exactly and it came out so so good! I wasn't expecting how big of a skillet you need. I started with a 12" pan because that's all I had, and I ended up cooking the rest in my biggest pot. So, make sure you have a very big, deep pot/pan like the recipe says. I'd recommend boiling the pasta most of the way before adding to the rest of the recipe. I accidentally boiled the pasta before realizing the recipe doesn't call for it. So, I added the 75%-boiled pasta to the rest of the ingredients, and it ended up being a perfect consistency in the end.
