Good meal. Added about 200g diced bacon for a bit more substance and used a brown onion instead of "shallots". Use the oil from the sundried tomatoes instead of olive oil, it uses a high quality olive oil and tastes better. Made with 750g pack of pasta, 500g of sliced mushrooms, punnet of cherry tomatoes and the full jar and oil of sundried tomatoes - yielded 7 or 8 serves and freezes well. Didn't have any fresh herbs, would be better than only using dried. Didn't have lemon but don't expect a punchy flavour being an oil based sauce
