Whoops, ate it before I could take pictures!
Got home and realised I didn't have paprika, so I added turmeric. I also added Sliced onion and brocolini and served on a bed of cous cous. I kinda eyeballs some of the ingredients (hot sauce and garlic) so I'm not sure how an exact rendition would turn out but the one I made was really nice. The flavours were quite light, but still satisfying.
