Delicious every time I’ve made it! I add in tempeh for added protein and use chicken tenders (sliced if we’re eating it with naan) and brown or basmati rice. I also add cauliflower at the beginning and mix it in (I sometimes leave the lid on the dish for 5-10 minutes right out of the oven to soften it more if needed). The sesame seeds add a nice texture. You could easily leave out the extra couple pats of butter like someone else said and it’d still be great.
