Used the Beyond Meat Italian Sausage. Measured spices with my heart 🤌 Actually followed measurements of actual ingredients for once (I was going to use 2 peppers but decided to wait until everything was cut up and saw 2 would be too much; could probably use 2 small peppers).Very very tasty. Will probably try with couscous in the future.
