I agree about the time, but we love them! I found that if you chill the meat mixture then form the nuggets and then chill for a little longer before breading them the extra ingredients aren’t needed. This takes planning ahead of course! I thought they were difficult to handle on the initial run too, that’s why I tried these tricks…they worked great!
