It's super easy to cook. I used an iron skillet, and they worked perfectly. We had a hard time moving the skillet in a circular pattern to get it to spread thin enough, but I found that if I used the spoon to spread the batter thin, it worked great. Made strawberry sauce for some of the kids and used Nutella and powdered sugar for the rest. It's definitely a hit that we will be making again.
