The recipe instructions are not great. I try to avoid recipes that don't have times for cooking each part (ie how long to pan sear the chicken or to thicken the sauce) but I took a chance. The estimated amount of time to cook is really off. I know I'm a slow prepper but this didn't include each step. It was mostly the time it takes to simmer the sauce. Beyond the instructions, I thought it was rather bland. I have better tasting Tuscan chicken recipes that I will use instead. Thought I'd give this one a try. Oh well.
