Was easy to make and tasted really great!
I had uncooked shrimp and seared them like the sausage, and took them out before adding the onion and veggies to the same pit with the drippings. Added the sausage and shrimp back just at the very end so they weren't overcooked. Nothing worse than overcooked shrimp.
Next time I would add more Cajun seasoning as 2 tbsp was not quite enough, though mine was homemade so this may vary for others. Taste throughout and make sure it's seasoned/salted enough!
