Husband tried to tackle this recipe and got overwhelmed by the number of steps/components, but good news is it's still delicious! He tossed out the pickled onions and skipped making the sauce, choosing to just use unflavored Greek yogurt straight(we like Greek Gods brand). The bowl is filling and fresh. I think the sweet potatoes could be accomplished a lot more simply (that's the part that overwhelmed him) and I'd like to try it with the pickled onions atleast so think we will try to make it again with a different method for the sweet potatoes
