It takes at least 1.5 hours to make these start to finish. I added a quarter onion, 1 celery stalk, 1/4 cup poblano pepper, and I didn’t have canned chickpeas (rehydrated a bag and used 3.5 cups). Seasoned additionally with Cavendars Greek seasoning. Served on brioche bun with a feta salad topping. Excellent, had a shrimp/crab burger vibe! Pleasantly surprised!
