Overall it was good! The lime was overpowering and we used the recommended amount of lime juice and not as much lime zest. Next time I think we’ll try to use 1/2 of a small lime or less. We also didn’t use the rest of the chili garlic sauce mix as a dipping sauce but as a glaze that we put on when we added the potatoes. I didn’t know how to spatchcock a chicken so we just cooked it for 30 minutes before adding the potatoes.
