Made this as a 'store cupboard meal'. Used crunchy peanut butter as I didn't have peanuts, chilli flakes as I don't even know what chilli crisps are, and I didn't have any sesame oil. It needed about double the amount of water to properly coat the linguine (I didn't have any noodles either!!) but tasted wonderful!! It will be a regular on camping trips, I think, as the sauce can be prepared in advance and the hot water added after cooking the noodles. The recipe says one serving, but there was definitely enough for two.
