Just a uh, update. Everything I read online said to either bake at an unholy highly heat, broil, or fry them. My oven doesn't broil, it is way too hot to bake at 425, so I threw them and their resolidified butter solution in a big skillet. I burned them, and yet they are still raw in the center.

425 Farenheit (392 in a convection oven) is a perfectly normal temperature to bake vegetables at though?
