This was def a great recipe but I had some user error. If I were you I’d just go ahead and make the initial 12 servings. I had it set for 2 servings (2pancakes) and ended up still using a full egg. They were still good but if you add the full egg add more flour (tblspn) and a tblspn of sugar extra.
