Amazing. We didn't have fresh ginger so used ground ginger. We also didn't have white onion so used red. We also didn't have enough time to marinate it for 1 hour so only marinated it for 10 minutes and then threw it on a cast iron. Even so, very tasty.
Had on top of completely unseasoned cauliflower rice (which was great because it absorbed the meat flavor and didn't need anything else) and added some baby bok choy.
Note to self: I suspect the specific cut of meat was critical to the success. I used Trader Joe's shredded beef which they often don't have.
