So tasty! But I don't recommend cooking it all in one pot. Boil the pasta seperate while you cook your chicken. Then removing the chicken to cook down the onions. Combine it all with less broth tomato juice. Let it simmer until thickened and you're done! I know the whole point of one pot meals is "ease" but I always run out of liquid and end up with overcooked protein and undercooked pasta.
