I went a little crazy with the seasoning and it was a little too salty but i didn’t do the exact measurements given. Just remember the sausage and a lot of the spices it calls for already have salt in them. I paired this dish with corn bread and cajun corn and it was amazing. Also added rice to the gumbo which i recommend. Took me about 2 hours to make everything. The roux is time consuming but worth it to get that authentic gumbo flavor. Would definitely make again!
