I followed the recipe exactly. The tenderloin was perfect. Just the tiniest shade of pink in the thickest portion. It was very moist and very flavorful. I did marinade it for over 24 hours. The sauce was good, a bit salty. Not horrible. I will make this again because tenderloin is not easy to cook too this level of tender and juicy. I will try to reduce the sodium level, but not by a lot. Not sure how since I did not add the additional salt.
Update: Made this again and followed recipe exactly. However this time husband didn't care for it. Too sweet. 🤷🏼♀️
