I used tenderloins. I made it in the Instant Pot. I cooked for 10min and then did natural release until pin dropped. I double the extra spices- probably had more than 1.5lb of chicken.
Next time I made it, I used 3 lbs of chicken and 2 jars of verde. Took my 8qt IP 22 min to pressurize. Don't know if my IP is dying or if Verde is just 'heavy'. Probably won't double it again.
