Don’t cube your pork! It gives the pork a weird texture, not a pulled pork texture. Even shredding the cubes makes it more like minced pork. Not what you want. I’d leave the apple cider vinegar out too. You get a ton of liquid left that is watered down and waters
downs the pork itself. I think I’ll keep looking for a better recipe. Sorry I wasted a full pork loin on this one.
