Was a bit trial and error to get the temp right, and I had to improvise a patty-smasher with a measuring beaker and potato masher BUT THIS WAS SO GOOD!! We used a large stainless steel pot as a frying surface, and it came out good enough I think. Double patties on garlic butter buns with burger sauce, pickles, pickled jalapeños, red onion, american cheese, and bacon <3
Actually, it's pretty cost-effective and this one is going into rotation!
