My new go to for making Chicken Parm. Super easy! Family loved it and thought I spent forever making it. I did tweak it just slightly, though.
I have an air fryer that looks more like a toaster oven. The thing is huge. I had 2 racks inside with 3 pcs each of the chicken parm. Cooked at 400°F for 6 minutes, rotated the racks, cooked another 6 minutes, rotated the racks again, and cooked for another 3 minutes. After topping it with sauce and cheese, I put it under my broiler in the oven for about 3 minutes. Also, I added garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste to the flour and egg before dipping in my chicken. Best chicken parm ever!
