Didn't have all ingredients available but it still turned out great with the substitutions I made (even though most weren't as healthy and made it not vegan). Parmesean cheese instead of nutritional yeast, flax seeds instead of hemp seeds, kale instead of spinach, didn't have any TVP, also added shredded cheese when building the quesadillas which I think helped a lot. Sauce was kinda bland, I would add some salt next time.
