It wasn't hard to make and very tasty but after all the work with the onion I was expecting more of the onion taste and ended up with the lemon zest taste (and a bit eggy too) What could I have done differently for more of the onion taste?

If you like the onion to taste stronger, cook the onions for less time and add less lemon! Anyways, your pasta looks mamma mia 😍
