Really easy and good! I'm not sure why people say it's dry because it was perfectly fine to me, really juicy. :) It was only for two of us so we used the rest of the asparagus and put it on the same pan and put the rest of the mozzerella! Really convenient because I forgot to make a side, lol. So anyone planning to make this, asparagus going in the oven with this works really well and no need to make a separate side. We just tossed it with seasoning and a little bit of oil.
