I increased the serving and made 62 cookies!! It’s thick, soft, moist, and addicting. I did sub a portion of white flour for whole wheat which meant I needed to add more sourdough discard. But!! It was delicious nonetheless and I got to use a majority of the discard that’s been sitting around.
