Honestly one of my favorite dishes I've made this year. If you're considering skipping on the shitake to save a few dollars - don't. I did 40/60 Shitake/Cremini, the result is loads of concentrated mushroom flavor.
The taste of the dish is best compared to beef stroganoff, the best part is you won't even miss the meat.
Note: Instructions call for cooking the mushrooms for 7-8 minutes until they brown (feels like an eternity). It's worth the extra time. <3
