Brine the pork chops in 4 cups of water, half cup of brown sugar and half cup of salt. It will add so much flavor to the meat itself; thank me later. I only seared the chops for 2 mins on one side and 1 min on the other. I used beef stock instead of chicken. Everything else I followed exactly... oh. I didn't have parsley at the end, but it still tastes sooo good
