THIS WAS FANTASTIC!
I made 1/3 of the recipe in my small baking tray and it served 3-5 people depending on serving size. It was quite easy to make.
I even made the batter in advance and put in the fridge covered in cling film until I was ready to bake (taking it out of the fridge about 30 minutes earlier).
Next time I'll make a bit less toffee sauce as it was delicious but a bit heavy. I could also use 2/3 of the sugar to make it a bit less sweet.
I served it with some whipped cream but custard or ice cream should be experimented with too.
Overall an absolute success
