It’s my second time cooking this banana bread, and it’s something I’m in love with! Usually I add less sweetener (I use sugar), and this time I used 2 eggs instead of applesauce. I’ve used rice flour last time and 50/50 rice and backing flour this time, and both variations are just GREAT. The only thing I regret — I forgot to add nuts. If you want to make it more interesting, feel free to add nuts, chocolate chips, raisins or whatever you like. My oven is weak so I always bake 20-30 minutes more. So totally recommend this recipe. ❤️
