It was kind of hard to get the flour to stick, make sure to do that part on a plate I used a shallow bowl but regretted that. Also used a cast iron pan but not sure how you would fit 6 fillets in that you’d need to do multiple rounds if you did. It’s good and pretty fast I would make it again
