Turned out pretty well, but I'd reduce the amount of salt next time. I used vegetable broth instead of water and doubled the amount of that with tomato paste. Used 2 oz more spinach because that's the size container that I bought. Prepped everything ahead of time to make it flow while cooking (chopped chicken, onion, garlic, and mixed spices together). Will cook the chicken a different way next time before adding to the sauce (maybe marinate and broil on skewers).
