Very good. Patties were about 1.5" thick. We added liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded marble cheese. Instead of garlic powder, we used a LOT of minced garlic and substituted the onions with shallots. Next time, we'll mix in bacon. You could add pretty much anything, actually... avocado, mushrooms, the sky's the limit. Sadly, they were overdone at 155F. 145F would be the sweet spot.
