Was great! Followed most suggestions and added 1 tbsp flour to thicken sauce, & nixed the lemon. Used 2% milk instead of heavy cream (could also use sour cream if in a pinch). Served over baby potatoes. Delicious and made leftovers. UPDATE: made this a second time and this time i DID use the lemon and half and half cream. Then I thickened with a cornstarch slurry. Served with creamy mash this time and it was AMAZING!!! Turned out better than the first time. I learned to definitely not skip the lemon, it gives the creamy sauce a really fresh brightness. Next time I'd like to make this with pork tenderloin medallions instead.
