Tasted good. Served with rice. Used what I had...1 lb stew beef sliced & half lb of flank steak. Subbed 2 small cans of tomato sauce instead of crushed tomatoes. Low-sodium soy. Noticed the meat had a lot of water. Might use that next time instead of water. Cooked on low for 6 hours. Might be able to cut that to 5 hours. Meat was very tender & I got 6 servings easy
