Used an 18 oz can lentils so could’ve added a bit more breadcrumbs (2 eggs). Roasted 1 head of garlic and 2 peppers first and used that for the sauce but could’ve used a double recipe** of sauce or added tomatoes to bulk it (too tomato-y). Added parm to the sauce too! And could make the couscous in veggie stock for more flavour or sub naan bread for the couscous. (Omitted harissa for toddler)
