so good!! fairly simple for beginners like myself. followed the directions exactly except for adding baby corn and water chestnuts, because i love them.
this made over 4.5 quarts! and i only used 2 chicken breasts. the cost comparison to takeout is CONSIDERABLY less! it cost approx $14.50 to make. my local Chinese restaurant which is subpar at best, charges $12 for chicken lo mein. one quart. $3.30 a qt vs. $12 a qt.
