These were fantastic. Ive always wanted to make bread from scratch. So this was a first time ever cinnamon roll at temp for me. I didn’t prepare the pan as instructed. I just buttered it. The butter and cinnamon from the rolls caramelized on its own. I didn’t have cream cheese so butter, vanilla, whole milk, and powdered sugar whipped into icing. My daughter loves them. Will definitely make again. Of note for a beginner… rolling dough into a rectangular is actually somewhat challenging!
