Whipped Cream Cheese Icing for Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter, cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla. Using the whisk attachment of a stand mixer or hand blender, whisk until the
mixture is fluffy and smoother and no lumps of icing sugar remain (about 1-2 minutes).
Step 2
Continue whisking, and drizzle in the double cream. Whisk for another 15 seconds or so.
Step 3
Top the cinnamon rolls with this icing when they’re still freshly warm out of the oven. The icing will melt into the swirls beautifully. If you have leftover rolls, then leave them un-iced and then add any leftover icing after they’ve been gently rewarmed in microwave.
Step 4
You can make this whipped cream cheese icing in advance and store sealed in fridge for up to 4 days before using.
