I'd say it's a good 7/10
Do I recommend people make it? Yes and during the summer works well with homemade iced tea.
Things I learned:
-I need to double wrap the poppers so cream cheese doesn't fall out
-put it on a wire rack when cooling so it's not sitting in grease
-works with pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar
-if you don't put the filled peppers together and keep them as halves and than wrap them in bacon it's less likely to spill
-half a cup of cream cheese and the shredded cheese wasn't enough to fill the peppers
-had to use spatula to get them off the tray
-Took longer than expected
