Our family of four finished about 80% of this casserole, which is unheard of. I usually expect to have at least half the casserole dish remaining.
One son wanted more bacon, my husband didn't think there was enough ranch flavor, and the other son said all he could taste was ranch. I think more ranch flavor makes sense, given the name of the casserole.
Next time, I think we might increase the ranch dressing (or add some dry ranch seasoning). I'm also considering adding broccoli (or some vegetable) to the dish before baking.
